Qualifying for the rank of Team Leader maybe easy for some and difficult for others. A host of factors are involved such as budget, time, knowledge of SFI business, commitment, etc. However with some planning and consistency there is actually no secret in attaining the rank of Team Leader. Some of the steps involved for qualification is appended below.
VERSA POINTS
For BTL you need 3,000 to 3,999 VPs (1500 min/2000 max from sales/purchases. Leadership page must be maintained with a minimum of 3-star sponsor rating. For STL, GTL and PTL the VPs required are more with higher rankings. It’s not too difficult really to maintain BTL with some investment and a couple of active PSAs.
TO-DO LIST
The TO-DO List is the backbone for Team Leader qualification. By performing the daily/weekly/monthly actions consistently half the battle is won. Close to 500 action VPs can be obtained monthly at TO-DO List. If you have a downline with a few EA2 and Team Leaders it’s easy to hit another 500 action VPs for support.
SPONSORING
Sponsoring PSAs is the most important aspect for team leader qualification. Team Leaders can earn unlimited action versa points for EA2 and above PSAs. TLs earn 100VPs every month for each PSA who remains EA2 thereafter, 150VPs for BTL, 200VPs for STL, 250VPs for GTL and 300VPs for PTL support.
STANDING ORDERS
Standing Orders ensures you don’t fall below versa points level you wish to maintain. A basic standing order ensures 1500 sales VP. A standing order for 125 TCredit gives your 100 action VPs each month. In addition if the 125 TCredits is used at Pricebenders auctions you get another 125 action points. The maximum bonus VP at Pricebenders is 500VPs per month.
MISCELLANEOUS ACTION VPs
Action VPs can also be earned at ASK SC, product reviews, contests, reassigning affiliates, distributing gift certificates and ECA referrals.
It’s quite easy to qualify for Team Leader with some investment and a growing active downline. However it can be a struggle for some with limited budget and an inactive downline.
