I think Becoming a Bronze team leader is the first step in learning duplication. There is no secret and it's not easy. The work begins here, DOING the to-do list. Consider the basics, becoming EA, and maintaining EA. When you are committed to making an investment every month of at least 1500 VP you are well on your way to becoming a Team Leader. Take the extra step and stretch your investment to 2000VP in purchases. All of your daily actions are important and you definitely want your team to duplicate these basic actions.
Like on the job training, becoming a Bronze Team Leader is more about learning what it takes to duplicate your actions and what actions are important to duplicate. Your standing order is a BIG PART of it and using the sponsoring methods for PSAs and PRMs are part of your leadership training. SFI begins sending you CSAs in your second month of being a Team Leader, and you will find that CSAs are a BIG PART OF YOUR TEAM. Sending out weekly mails, keeping up your leadership page and keeping track of your movers are all part of the learning curve, you will learn a lot from doing.
Follow the to-do list, seriously. Look at it closely, all of the steps are there. Each tab gives you tangible actions we must all take to grow and become leaders in SFI. The ones that make you a Bronze Team leader every month are in addition to just clicking your way through; participating in the pricebender auctions and purchasing $12 gift cards and giving them away are the only two extra actions you need to make Bronze every month; WITHER YOUR TEAM IS ACTIVE OR NOT, lead by example. The investment in Tcredits and gift cards alone is enough to satisfy your purchase and sales limit. If we find 5 people that are willing to duplicate this commitment, making silver and beyond and making money will not be far off.
Your training as a team leader begins with Bronze and continues through Platinum. We will never stop learning or growing and most likely your team will grow with you. Keep filling the funnel with prospects every way you can while you carry out leadership actions yourself. While you're a bronze team leader you will learn all you need to know about what is important to do and what you what duplicated. Lead by example.
