I am not sure how "easy" it is to qualify for the rank of Team Leader because that all depends on the perspective of the individual, their finances, experience and abilities.
For me, it is easy to achieve the rank of Bronze Team Leader and there is no secret to it. Here is what I do:
- Visit the Affiliate Center every day and complete the Red Tab/To-do List items to earn my daily VersaPoints.
- Complete the weekly tasks to earn the weekly VP, like using the Genealogy Group Mailer, clicking the TConnect page link, posting Stream posts
- Maintain my Standing Orders each month to guarantee that I do not fall short of the 1,500-2,000 VP requirement
- Have one of my Standing Orders for TCredits and bid in enough Pricebenders Auctions each month to help earn enough Action Points to meet the Team Leader requirement
- Inform, Educate and Encourage my active PSAs so they stay focused on building their SFI business and maintaining their Executive Affiliate status (you get 100VP for each EA2 you have each month)
- Regularly review my To-do list and VP Ledger for additional items I can do to earn more Action points
Basically, to make the process "easy" you must have a vision for SFI, some clear achievement goals, a daily action plan, and plenty of focus, determination and dedication. If you know what you want, are determined to get it and know what you have to do to achieve it, then the rest will just naturally fall into place! (My opinion.)
