This is a good and useful question so in response I share some of the things I have read from other SFI Leaders, learned and I am doing to qualify as Team Leader each month as follows.
1. Set up a standing order for 1500vp and this will ensure you become an EA every month. I strongly recommend TCredits which you can use anytime to make purchases on TripleClicks (125 TCredits ) costing $36.50, earns you 1500VP https://www.tripleclicks.com/detail.php?item=212474.
I also use TCredits to enter pick the price contest and to bid on price bender auction items especially those with double member reward points associated and for this earn a VP for each bid made.
2. Include S-Build co-op on your standing order, this will ensure you a share of quality PSAs and sometimes ECAs. $22.00 S-Builder Co op (280 VP) - https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/SBuilder
3. Become a WAVE3 member, the kit cost a onetime fee of about $2 for shipping. You will earn free monthly 5TCs, 50MRPs, free song download and eligible for weekly prizes https://www.tripleclicks.com/Wave3/Wave3.php. Ensure you re-qualify your W3membership each month and it only takes about one minute to renew it.
4. Buy also as many PSAs as you can at TripleClicks amd ensure you contact them weekly to share knowledge and offer general support to them reminding them also to DUPLICATE yours and other successful SFI Team Leaders actions and strategies employed to progress SFI business.
5. It is recommended as I do to read something new about your SFI business (try to use any spare time you can get (break and lunch time, weekends) including SFI online tips, ASK SC, FORUM.
6. Complete an action everyday at your VP Ledger. https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/VPLedger
7. Send weekly Team Mail to your PSAS and CSAs using the Genealogy coupled with chat and social media Facebook etc contact with your members that are Movers.
