I would highlight first on getting 3000 VPs to become or maintain your rank as BTL every month.
Step 1: A standing order of 2000 VPs is definitely needed every single month. This is the maximum sales point required towards becoming Team Leader.
Step 2: You should be disciplined enough to complete your daily, weekly and daily actions. If you consistently completing these actions, you will earn on average about 500 VPs.
Step 3: Another balance of 500 VPs will be counted every time your 5 active PSAs maintain their EA2 every month.
From the above, you can clearly see it is not impossible to become team leader.
To become team leader or advance yourself in team leader rank, Step 1 and 2 above are important and you definitely need a team:
1. BTL: requires 5 active PSAs
2. STL: requires 15 active PSAs
3. GTL: requires 25 active PSAs
4. PTL: requires 35 active PSAs
