Firstly you need to know what you need to qualify as a Team Leader, then start working on it. To be a Team Leader, a minimum of 1000 actions Versa Points and maximum of 2000 sales points are required. This means you must accrue atleast 1000 points by doing some actions on your To Do List and then complete it to 3000 points with purchases at Tripleclicks.
There are many ways you can earn actions points, try to sponsor atleast 5 people and help them to achieve the rank of EA2, so that you earn 100 Points whenever anyone of them requalify as EA, also make some purchases at the beginning of each month to have somethings to rate and earn points before the month end.
If you do this, perform the daily actions on your To Do List everyday plus you set up a 1500VP standing order, then you will be qualify as a Team Leader every month.
