Each month, I sit down and lay out my plan for next month. I know each month that I get around 500 VP from daily/weekly/monthly actions, plus I buy AT LEAST 2000 VP worth of product each month. That leaves me with about 500 VP left to earn from actions.

Currently, I do not have an active team, but I maintain TL every month by laying out the plans. If I need to carry over my product reviews to next month or some of my gift cards, then that is what I do. But I have next month's plan laid out before this month ends.
