To qualify for Team Leader you simply have to BE a Team Leader! That's it!
Build your team, sponsor affiliates, refer TC customers. Show your affiliates how to do the same, lead them to become EA, then again next month so they are EA2. Each personally Sponsored EA2 gets you 100 VP. This how you start to make qualifying VP to reach TL status.
Check the Scoreboard - the higher your PSAs rank, the more points you will accrue. Don't expect to "just" become a BTL if you are not sponsoring any EA2s. Why are your PSAs not achieving EA status in their second month? What can you do to help? Don't expect to be STL if you are not sponsoring BTLs. Help your EAs become BTLs first and your STL status will follow.
Don't focus on just getting the rank itself, that is the wrong way to look at it. How can you be a "Team Leader" if you are not leading a team to do anything?
And don't look for a "secret" to doing it, there are none - do what the other TLs have done and duplicate those methods to duplicate that level of success.
And don't look for the "easy" way to do it, you need to work at it, earn it and deserve it. If there was a secret and easy way to become a TL it wouldn't be worth becoming one!
