The secret: Hard Work! (and investments).
Team Leaders work their SFI business daily. They do actions which will help them earn the necessary VersaPoints for their team leader rank renewal each month. They invest their time and money if they have some so they can achieve their business goals. They do not look for the easy way out, but go forward with their work.
Personally, I am a BTL (Bronze Team Leader). I have been able to maintain this rank/status for majority of the months I have been with SFI, just under a year. It has been hard work. The few months I did not maintain team leader, I ensured I at least qualified for EA2 status. Those months I did not qualify for team leader were due to financial strains and lack ability to invest money towards my business.
So, basically Team Leaders:
-Invest their time and money (when they have some) towards their business.
-Log in daily and complete their daily tasks on the home page.
-Read and educate themselves on skills they know they need to build in themselves in order to grow with their business.
-Advertise SFI and/or TripleClicks products so they may earn VersaPoints and Commissions.
-Often have Standing Orders to help them earn VersaPoints.
