You're the leader of a team and hence your primary duty is to lead by example. The products that you believe and found useful are the ones you're using and setting up as a standing order as well. So always try to promote those tried and tested products to your PSA's to set up as a standing order. Find below some of the best ways to convince your PSA's:
# Maintain your leadership page and explain the importance of setting up a standing order in your best tip along with other points.
# Whenever you send any mail(team mail/personalized) to your downline, always include the link of your leadership page along with your signature. Your PSA's will follow the link and see your badges to get motivated to earn themselves as well.
# Try to analyze the needs and economic background of your PSA's before convincing them. There can be the following categories:
1. One who's economically stable, can go for more than one Standing orders and utilize the benefits.
2. One who's balancing the time and investment, should be going for a particular standing order of 1500 or above[125 TC pack(I prefer) or IAHBE]. With that they can qualify/maintain the team leader rank.
3. One who're new and not ready to invest much or unable to invest much can start with very small investments like, setting up a standing order of 1TCredit. It'll give them valuable 102 VP's.
4. One who're looking for quick and easy money without any investment, hard-work or patience. No matter how much you lead by example, explain the benefits or try to convince them, it'll be of no use. So don't get demotivated by their reaction and concentrate on your movers.
Finally I'd like to end by saying that always remember, there's a fine line between trying to convince/pushing some one to do something. Always maintain that fine line and don't overdo while trying to convince your PSA's which might yield negative results.
