If, you are able to sponsor yourself at cheap price it is good, but if you are not able you can buy. for me, the combination is good in way to spreed your downline and increase the chance for active affiliates. you can sponsor yourself and having inactive affiliates. also you can buy and have the same result. but if you combine both methods, the chance for having a dynamic affiliates will be high.
