The secret for easily qualifying for the rank of a Team Leader every month is not really secret but it’s all summed up in the principle of SFI BASICS.
1. Become an Executive Affiliate and maintain it every month.
This is the first basic requirement to move up to the TL level. You’ll need to set up a Standing Order that has 1500 VP every month. This will save you time in complying of the EA in regards to VP. You can then add another SO worth 500 VP to have the required Sales VP for qualifying to become TL. All TLs must meet the 2000 Sales VP. Your daily, weekly and monthly actions are classified as Action VPs. For BTL you’ll need 2000 Sales VP and 1000 Action VP; STL: you’ll need 2000 Sales VP and 2000 Action VP; GTL: you’ll need 2000 Sales VP and 3000 Action VP; PTL: you’ll need 2000 Sales VP and 4000 Action VP. Notice that the Action VPs increases as you move up to the next level of being a TL. To achieve this go to the second step.
2. Recruit five affiliates by applying the methods of sponsoring provided by SFI tools and resources.
If you set a goal of sponsoring certain numbers of new affiliates every month consistently, you’ll have more chance and well prepared to qualify for a TL. You’ll need also to maintain your leadership page and maintain a 3-star sponsor ratings from PSAs (not applicable if TLs have less than 5 ratings). Notice that in your Team Leadership and Support actions you’ll get unlimited points! A 100 VP for each EA2 support, 150 VP for each BTL support, 200 VP for each STL support, 250 VP for each GTL support and 300 VP for each PTL support. You can start your duplication by moving to step 3.
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
You need to show your PSAs (focus on your movers), to do the same three steps. This may sound simple, but it requires your determination and commitment. You’ll need to establish a close relationship with your team. Build a relationship of trust!
