If I have to convince my PSAs to set up a Standing Order (SO), let my example, my actions and experience as a Team Leader do the convincing for them. Before mentioning the Standing Order to your PSAs, make sure that you are consistently communicating with them about your commitment to their success.
The following steps should help them to understand why SO is an important part in their SFI business in doing their Duplication process:
-Explain clearly that the first step in the ultra-simple 3-step plan is becoming and maintaining EA. Without this first basic step, how can an affiliate discover and make use of his/her potential in SFI? How can he/she achieve her primary goal? The monthly 1500VP is an important basic requirement to become successful in SFI.
-Let them know about the benefits of SO as a means of becoming and maintaining EA
- the convenience of ordering their favorite products. They just need to setup once.
- receive 10 TCredits as a result of maintaining EA2 through placing of SO every month.
- participate in bigger payouts such as direct commissions, SFIPPA, TripleClicks Executive Pool, Co-Sponsor Commissions and ECA Royalties.
- better perks than an affiliate such as VIP Title (prestigious title to use in marketing), Quick-Pay Commissions (instant payment through TC MasterCard), Access to wholesale prices on case purchases at TripleClicks, 2 CSA allotment per month.
- Power Tools access besides the ones that an affiliate has like Genealogy, S-Builder Advertising Co-op and so on, they can also avail of SFI Co-op Manager, unlimited Group Messaging to entire affiliate team, Reassignment Manager and access to Gift Certificate program.
-Show them that by setting up an SO, they can move up to become a Team Leader, which gives them more payouts and better perks.
Don’t push any of your PSAs, be a good example to them. Promptly answer their questions and stay close contact with them. By doing these, you’ll be trusted as their Team Leader and they will listen to you.
