But as you aim to go higher, the only way is to accumulate action versapoints that will be of help to you by your helped PSAs. So keep on sponsoring and teaching then encouraging committed PSAs to stay EA every month. That's the only way to go to the top rank as team leader, which is Platinum Team Leader.
