There is NO Secret, magic wand or Holy grail to easily qualify for the Team Leader each Month. I have looked at your badge wall and noticed you are an EA leader with a standing order of 1500 VP for two months now. That already in itself partly answers your question. What did you do to achieve that position? Keep doing that. So what will you do to maintain it and go higher than that then is the question to ask yourself.
Quite frankly you have to work it. You can't afford to baby seat your business even for once. What I know is that every successful team leader here at SFI works their business hard with diligence. You may find these tips useful
1. Define Your Work Plan
How much time can you set aside daily to attend to your business? Do you realize that missing even a single day of working your business deprives you of good 11 VP or more? That difference in 11 VP can knock you out of your class competition.
2. Define What Level of Leadership You would like to Attain and maintain Monthly
If you are short of funds then using your time wisely by logging in every single day and getting your tasks done will contribute to helping you easily maintain an EA rank. Alternatively you could simply set up a SO at TripleClicks of 1500VP as you have done and you are good to go.
3. Duplicate Yourself
Duplication is the real key to your success here at SFI. I know of many PTL's who are earning big only from duplication. For purposes of earning matching VP from your team leaders who you teach to do as you do, duplication is the best way to go. Earning VP becomes easy when you duplicate yourself.
4. Distribute both the Digital and the physical Gift cards
If you have a website there are many methods you can leverage on to distribute the digital cards. If you don't the Physical card option is still great. Each of these cards successfully distributed guarantees you 10 VP up to a max of 300VP/month. These points will help maintain your leadership ranks.
5. For every TC product you purchase you get to review that particular product once and you get to earn 25VP. Let's say you purchased 5 TC products in a month. You have 125 VP added into your ledger just like that and it's good for your Executive pool commissions and maintaining leadership rank.
6. Keep logging in daily and doing your Daily, Weekly and monthly Actions. Like I previously mentioned it is fundamentally important that you collect these FREE daily points not only for the reason that you might be financially challenged but because missing doing them could make or break or leadership level as well depending on which one your aiming at.
7. Lastly, if a little extra money permits try bidding at the PB Auctions. Every time you bid you not only get 1 VP/bid but you also get either 5 MRP or double MRP depending on the auction type. You would be wiser going for the double MRP bids because even if you lose the auction you can use the MRP to purchase any product of choice from TC or purchase Tcredits. Each 1 of those Tcredits will cost you 126 MRP but you get rewarded with 102 VP after the purchase which is an absolute WIN WIN.
There are many methods and ways to stay afloat as a TL. I am confident the above will help you keep going.
