Many Team Leaders have difficulties to collect Action VP each month and renew their TL status. It is easy to pay and get Sales VP, but Action VP much harder.
Action VP are best earned by focusing on DUPLICATION and recruiting your own team. A team of ACTIVE members.That's when you actually are a Team Leader. How can you be a TL without a team? That wouldn't be logical. Why duplication?
