Setting up a standing order is definitely one great way to boost your commissions and earnings through your PSA and CSA. However I think the best way to send this message across without being pushy is to;
Lead by example
You can not convince your team to take up a standing order no matter how nicely you put it yet they clearly see you do not have one reflecting on your Triple Clicks Badge. So set yours first. After you have seen and enjoyed the benefits of it can you then start to carefully tell your team about it
Explain to them that a standing order of for example 1500 VP automatically helps them re-qualify for their EA status. With this EA status they qualify to receive Monthly commissions from the Executive pool, receive second home CSA or otherwise to help in their duplication etc
In other wards after they see that you have it the benefits are clear and speak for themselves.
Some may even ask about it and that gives you the opportunity to carefully explain to them about the BENEFITS of SO without being pushy.
Bottom line for me is you cannot preach what you are not practicing. Your team will most likely replicate you just the way you are. I have seen and observed a lot of strong leaders here at SFI lead by example and thus have a very strong down line because of leading by example.
When your down line sees your diligence they will be challenged to emulate you.
