Although I do not have a huge team, as I have not been active as much as possible until recently, these are my suggestions.
These affiliates may be doing something different when it comes to marketing or advertising their business.
But most likely they have more time invested. This time spent can help grow their team immensely, just on it's own.
They may also have a monetary investment of some kind and they use that investment to grow their business: Like buying PSA's from TripleClicks or bidding on PSA's and CSA's in auctions.
Keep in mind that having a good Leadership and T-Connect page can attract members as well, especially if you can direct people to your pages.
They use their time wisely in most cases I'm sure and can see the long-term potential of S.F.I. to help them grow.
Persistence, Determination and Read, Learn, Read, and Learn some more to gain what it is you would like to achieve.
If you want a huge Team, don't wait until next week- Start building it now in whatever way you can. As stated elsewhere, "Don't try to re-invent the wheel" but use your imagination to come up with ways You can use to grow, even if you must start small.
I believe a combination of these things will help you achieve your desired level of success.
