Becoming successful itself attracts lots of people to the program . I myself joined SFI after seeing my sponsor getting huge success here. He never approached me ,though we are very close relatives and initially I was in impression that my sponsor is wasting his time at SFI. But his success inspired me to join SFI .
Other then this ,cosistent support to team from leader gives security to it's downline and they keep growing team strength.
This is how good team leaders keep growing there team and now I am also working towards it.
