I am still relatively new to SFI and haven't really done any advertising yet. I think there is a whole process of getting the free downline that you are referring to.
. When you progress in ranking, you receive various CSA's. (EA, EA2 etc.) I was surprized to see that I was awarded 50 new CSA's when I became BTL. That was huge to me as I do not have many PSA's.
2. Now, it is up to every affiliate to keep his/her downline and to improve on the numbers. When your downline succeed, you receive MORE CSA's.... This revolve into a huge duplication action. You do what you need to become a team leader and the rewards is a massive downline!
So, to answer your question.... I think that those team leaders have done ALL the have to their ability and MORE in obtaining a huge downline and with that success an proof of their hard work, they will continue to do so as their riches will lie in their numbers IF they have a successful downline who is also determined to become successful!
We can ALL get there - it will only depend on how DETERMINED you are to succeed!
