I'm just few months in SFI,but so far, I understood that the Team Leaders who built huge downline work hard, they started as all of us.

The answer is very simply. No. 1 rule DUPLICATION in every possible field. I am a part of such a big team and I have complete support from all my upline for anything I need anytime.I learn from them and build my downline the same successful way too. There is no magic or supernatural things in their activities but just pure determination and self belief. They transpire all the tricks and ideas they learned in their own progress to their downline which can create immense faith in their downline to move forward and suggest more and more people for their team.

Always do remember, today’s Team Leaders were yesterday’s new affiliates. A leader cant be born in an overnight but through sheer determination and hard work only.
