a. Personal Recruitment of PSAS: These leaders would have embarked on personal recruitment of PSAS from the very beginning of their enrolment as SFI affiliates and also encouraging the PSAS to do the same thing. This principle is called DUPLICATION in SFI.
b. Co-sponsor Affiliates – By virtue of the fact that they have attained leadership positions ( BTL, STL, GTL $ PTL), they get large numbers of second home CSAs in addition to the 2 CSA’s that they earn for maintaining EA.
c. Builder Co-op: Because these leader known the importance of duplication, they add at least a unit of S- Builder co-op to guaranty constant inflow of quality PSAS, who in turn will achieve the duplication process.
d. Purchases of PSAS from ECAS: These leaders also know how to purchase PSAS from ECA who offers such services.
e. Advertising- One thing these leaders know how to do best is that they spend a lot of time and money on adverting both online and offline. They know which sites generate good and high quality PSAS that imparts on their group.
