They probably have been with SFI for a significant amount of time,won some of their downline in a PriceBender's auction and/or bought them at TripleClicks and promote SFI frequently using social media, blogs/websites, flyers, postcards, business cards, t-shirts, etc. If you take the time to make more connections you should come across people who are willing to join. It's also important to remember that even if you don't have tens of thousands of PSAs you can still earn a good commission from a smaller group of dedicated PSAs.
