Well in my opinion there are no one single route to success but I guess the Succeesful Leaders are all embarking on a series of channels to duplicate and maximise sign ups and success on a bigger scale .
Some of the ingredients and channels can vary from simple S-Builder COOP shares to Blogging to Posting of ads on both free and paid sources like PTC Traffic exchanges Safelists to bidding and winning PSAs and CSAs pricebenders Auctions To sending simple ecards and TC Gift cards and so on for every single effort by you and your team counts towards it like every drop of water makes the ocean eventually
The key is maximise and leverage on all the resources available both at SFI and other sources and do what you can within your budget and go all out to encourage your team to do likewise and before you know you are already a PTL and guesses what you will get another batch of say 200 second home CSAs monthly
