Buy PSA's, get three great letters to send your new PSA's: Welcome Letter, Fast Start Letter and 1500 VP Challenge to qualify for EA in their first month. Then urge them to get a Standing Order of 100 TCredits in their second month to move them to EA2.
Reward them with a $30 Gift Certificate to pay for their Standing Order in Month 3,and with at least 10 PSA's to start their team. Then have them duplicate or get 2 EA2's to pay for their SO.
After 3 solid months of action and success ... SFI reveals itself for the Real opportunity and terrific fun that it is ... and few will wander away ... it becomes a creative and challenging addiction.
Success at SFI is a triangulation: Time (Learn and take action) + Money to purchase resources + Team Management. When you are short in one side of the Triangle, just put a heavier load on the other two sides.
