The most important things in this business are recruiting, following up and selling. You should have an idea, by now, where best to advertise so recruiting is basically that. But when it comes to following up you've got to be meticulous and touch peoples heart. Selling is just that. Hard or easy you have to have it in you :-) hope I helped.
