The first encouragement is you. You can not give what you don't have. Your encouragement must be backed by solid examples and that will mean using yourself as a reference to let the Affiliate have a clear understanding of what you have been up to so far in SFI. What have you done and what have you accomplished?
You also have to understand the primary objective that made the Affiliate to join SFI and what the Affiliate has been able to do to climb the ranks. Let the Affiliate understand that SFI is not a get rich quick scheme. It is a gradual, steady but conscientious project that will yield fruits in the years ahead.
Lastly, to get somewhere in SFI, you must learn, take advice and practice what you have learned and seen others do. There is absolutely no way you can put in practice all the information that SFI has to offer and you stay in the same position. Thank you.
