Set your goals and be realistic. Develop a flowchart and plot your way forward. Think long-term in order to achieve success. SFI is a long-term investment and success will not come overnight. The dynamics of work are changing and we must be willing to tailor our commitment in working harder to achieve success. Being rewarded for your hard work will pay off. Think of it as preparing for your final exams to get your PhD, you must study and put in long hours to succeed because if you fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
The same also holds true about working. You don’t put in the long hours or dedication then you cannot expect to be adequately compensated or receive a promotion. You must be willing to work hard for success; because nothing good comes easy… The journey is not for the swift but for those who endure to the finish.
