Barring a very few, most of us during our journey in SFI activities would have felt many times that we were getting nowhere in SFI.
May be because we dreamt very high and set our goals too high to reach too early but failed to commensurate our goals and dreams with the required actions, we get onto a spot where we feel that we are chasing an impossible dream.
Then we set our goals realistically and get our priority and actions right, to advance slowly and steadily towards achieving success.
Most of our affiliates are no better than we were except that now we have learnt our lesson and found our way. Imparting this lesson and experience to our affiliates who are caught in the bind is the best way to show them the way and lead them along.
Plan the actions required by the affiliates, two months in advance and advise them beforehand of the various options and actions by which they can achieve the desired result or goal.
Through team mails keep them motivated by recognizing their achievements, posting about various awards they can earn, the prizes they can win, the CSAs they will receive the chances of acquiring PSAs if they take part in Co-ops.
All these are the silver linings which will beckon those who are probing through darkness to inch forward without giving up and finally see the light and progress.
