Encourage them to give themselves TIME: They are probably discouraged because they do not see immediate results in terms of payments.
Almost anything worthwhile takes time; a baby takes 9 months, seeds planted take time to yield more seed etc etc. BUT when it does yield it makes it all worthwhile.
Agree with them that you and many many others too felt the same at the beginning, YET you stuck it out and you are so thankful that they did because of the results you now enjoy.
Let them know you will stand with them all the way, IF they will give themselves say another 3 months, and if they still feel discouraged, actions can be taken at that stage.
(You see feelings are fickle AND discouragement is just a feeling)
Make good on your commitment to stand by them by calling, email, text or getting in touch with them at least every three days, send them some TCredits or cash to spend on TripleClicks if you can . . . and watch them become one of your top performers.
Even if they do quit in three months, know that you have impacted a life for good. All my very best my friend.
