LaunchPad lessons are vital to review now and then to ensure they are firmly into your memory banks. There is a LOT of information to absorb in those lessons!
Encourage them to go to the SFI Forum page, there are also good teaching Q&As there.
Above all, remind them to be patient. Do not give up on themselves or SFI. Keep coming back, and point out that VersaPoints never have to be BOUGHT!! It takes longer to advance, but it CAN be done without money, just effort.
Try always to speak to them in positive ways as I believe this will help them to also remain positive.
