I think this is one of the most important and the hardest missions when it comes to team building. Everyone who found out for SFI from me asked me the very same questions:
1. Is this legal?
2. Will I be payed and how do I get payed?
3. How much can I earn etc.
From my point of view first you need to believe in yourself and then in SFI. Why?
If you take a close look, read testimonials and check out many Team leaders and successful affiliates you will think,this maybe works! One more thing, it is free to join, try it and see what you can do but not without a hard work and dedication. At first, I was suspicious as well. My sponsor gave me an excellent support and I thought to myself: There are so many people out there and so many members. Some of them are making faster and bigger success, some of them not. But I BELIEVE IN MYSELF and my capabilities. I believe I can post good ads to attract people, I know that I will give unconditional support to my team, I am a hard working person, a fighter, a team worker. Without this, of course there is no success.People who judge and make conclusions before even trying and giving a chance to this aren't good candidates. We all know there are many frauds online and we all tried many different programs but also we need to know that nothing falls from the sky and until you check it carefully, how can you know that it isn't real? Some of them will come to conclusion that this isn't for them, some people will love it as me and they will want to know more and duplicate it. You, as the good sponsor need to show them, the way, support them, give instructions, make them be lead by your own example and if it still doesn't work, focus on 'working with the workers' and less sceptical people.
