Share with them what your own experience was during your first few months.
You can tell them that when a person decides to become a medical doctor and generate a very nice income, they will work hard for 4 years in high school, 4 years in college, one year in internship and 2 to 4 years in residency training before they will earn one red cent for rendering medical service to their first patient.
In SFI a person's earning potential far exceeds what a medical doctor can earn after 11 tp 13 years in training.
