The most valuable thing that I have learned about SFI is that you have to be very patient and to communicate with your team.
Being Patient because your business does not grow like trees at first, you need to be patient because your team may not want to do things that you have done and think they can do business without having standing orders or order anything.
The communication has to be great both ways for your team, you have to be there when they do have questions, answer them correctly, as a sponsor it is your place to guide them.
Also, send out the genealogy mailers for the whole team at least once a week and your movers email more. When you get new csa's and psa's email them within 24hrs. NO LATER.
