Good! I use this with PSAs on their forat day, especially if they are friwnds or family!
I call it "Gold Team Leader in first month".
Those who really want to give a chance with sFI, I just ask them to do all I say them during 2 months! After that if they don't see results, then.... They can quit! Because being a GTl in their first month, they receive 3 shares, and in next month, they will receive aprox. 150 CSAs second home. Some of them may be active, and you receive Match Vp and comissions!
And if I have affiliates, and they just feel that they are getting nowhere, I just say them about my experience, encourage them to bring new friends, and change their attitude. Being positive, can give you so many good results, and it's really worrks!
Also, with some, I share them my last earnings, so they can see that this is really works! With most of them, and also I use this to bring new PSAs in my team, is showing my iPad I won at Tripleclicks, my videoprojector, my dual sim Phone.... And also a lot of things I boughts with MRP. This is really works! Always! If you are poor, but you have 2 iPads you won, they will ask... How is this possible? And you can bring new PSAs!
And for the affiliates who don't want to continue, you just can continue to send them messages, and if they decire to became active, well... It's o.k, and if not.... They have this right!
