Hello..thank you for asking this question!!

I actually haven't completed my first year as such in SFI, but I have definitely grown as a person and a leader

- person because, here in SFI we help all the members in our team to achieve their own goals and ours too. This makes you think positively of each person and let's you encourage without having any negative vibes!

- Leader because, to handle any person in business and in life you need the right strength and encouragement. Once you lose that conscience of dealing with your co-affiliates we completely lose the business too.

These are very first and few things SFI teaches us...but I'm really looking forward to learn more and more in the coming months!
