indeed a good question as it varies with each affiliate.

To respond to these affiliates accordingly one must understand
their expectations and goals they have set for themselves.

Efforts equals success, but it sure doesn't come over night.

Check on their VPLedger if there is something they are missing
out on. Encourage then to take the necessary steps. If you see the PSA
is doing all they can do, emphasize again that time is needed
to build a good strong foundation and PRAISE their efforts.

Praise and acknowledgement always is good encouragement.
