This is a good question. I myself have been in this position for 9 months before I heard from my sponsor.
So what I did was read and read some more,there is all the information you need at SFI,you should also contact your co-sponsor and the other people in your up line for any help you may need. There is a lot of ebooks at TripleClicks that can also help.Also check out the forum for answers and here at (ask SC) and a2a friends.
I would also keep trying to contact your sponsor, if the sponsor is working on their business they may eventually realize you are serious about your business. Dont give up there is a lot of information that you can use.
