If you are going to be successful, you must find a way to succeed. While my sponsor did answer my simple 1 or 2 questions when I started, it was enough for me to realize that this program was for real.
Instead of burdening my Sponsor with my endless questions, I realized most if not all the answers were here on the SFI site and most importantly in the SFI Forum. Not to mention I could ask questions in the forum and receive a multitude of answers very quickly and not just 1 answer from my Sponsor.
In short, USE the SFI Forum as your sponsor if they are non-responsive. In order to succeed, you must find a way. Most of the answers are already here anyway! Just search for them, and ask questions in the forum.
