3. Lead by example. Like Gery said, you should be example. Show your affiliates that you really WORK and that you have something from this. Use your badges and achievements to "promote" yourself. Also, SHOW your work. For example: connect with your affiliates on some social sites. If you are advertising every day with 100+ ads, there is no chance that they do not see that you work very hard to achieve something.
