Having a non-responsive sponsor can be very frustrating and discouraging if you chose to rely solely on him or her for all supports. On the other hand, it can prove to be a blessing in disguise if you chose to reach out and explore other forms of supports that abound in the SFI community.
Some of us that are fortunate to have responsive and supportive sponsors to guide us and smooth our ways through only tend to relax and take a lot for granted and become very lazy. Your responsive/non-responsive sponsor is never the main reason for your success/failure in SFI but your great determination to succeed is the sole determinant which will propel you to do the following:
1. Read the SFI Basics and the LaunchPad repeatedly to understand them.
2. Reach out to your upline leaders who are better than your sponsor for help.
3. Go to the Forum daily and draw from its fountain of knowledge and information
4. Get many a2a friends and chat with them
5. Read the SFI rules of success and follow them religiously.
From the above and many more, you will found out that your journey to success had been well laid out for you even with non-responsive sponsor.So forget about about him/her and concentrate on building your business with all the help and supports offered by SFI.
Finally, ask yourself "Who was the sponsor of Gery Carson the great founder of SFI"?
And who says you cannot become another Gery Carson if you really work hard?
