This is a very timely question. The New Digital TripleClicks Gift Card has only one advantage over the physical card and that is the shipping charges. There are no shipping charges to the Digital cards which before was a limiting factor. One could have and can still distribute the physical cards using their electronic codes.
You can implement any plan or distribution idea to distribute the Digital card. However you should know the following:
1. The Gift Card is not the same as Gift Certificate so therefore you cannot give it to SFI members.
2. It is a great recruiting tool to TripleClicks.
3. Do not use it to spam; in other words know who and where you are placing your offers.
4. Do not waste it as it is very valuable and it cost money.
5. Just like any other digital product you need to know about copy and paste (the basics but need to be learnt).
6. The same methods for distributing the physical cards can also be used with the Digital ones (Just be Creative).
