First of all, YOU need to approach SFI business realistically, and then others will follow your lead. If they see that you are acting professionally (e.g. when writing emails, your picture, your badges etc.) then they will act like you. Gerry's golden rule: Lead by example.
Second, when new PSAs join my team, I tell them right off the start that this isn't a quick rich scheme, but a real job. I also tell them that they have to work hard to earn, like in any other job. Which employer would pay you for not doing you job or doing it poorly? If they are looking for quick money than they picked the wrong job. Honestly, I doubt the sincerity of those so called quick-rich schemes.
If after everything you tried they still expect that, then just stick with those who are realistic about their expectations. People who want to get rich quickly usually expect to do nothing, but let's be honest, that is not a real life. Stick with those who work. Another Rule of Success: Work with Workers.
