First of all he or she should try best to contact with his or her sponsor. Try to know whether sponsor is undergoing any sort of difficulties. If he is not under any difficulties request him/her politely.If it doesn't work affiliate can seek suggestion from his/her upline. Generally upline team leaders become happy to receives queries from downline affiliates.
