First,try to contact your sponsor per SFI messaging and email.
If they do not respond within a reasonable period, try again.
If after another reasonable period,they have not responded at least to acknowledge your contact, let your other upline sponsors know.
If you are still unable to get the answers to questions you may have,after checking the FAQs, try asking the support team here at SFI (SFI Corporate) and/ or checking the SFI community postings here where you posted this question.
Please be aware that many serious SFI team Leaders over the years have received complaints from downline members for "too many messages" when trying to give them daily encouragements and help.
In my personal experience, this included some of my now- former downline members whom had asked me for assistance.
This is why my own downline may forget at times that I do still reply to their specific questions or requests when I get to read them.
Every tip anyone should need is waiting somewhere in the vast array of help pages SFI procides for members... but because of the cast array of information, it may take months to read everything enough times to remember every part that wil;l apply to you most successfully.
Here is one other unique tip I offer you with hopes for your success:
