first of all - you need to set up their mind for working from the beginning.
What do I mean by this?
Start from your ad - don't offer everything for FREE - they will be disappointed if they see that they need to invest something - not much, but they expect everything will be free - and you will attract BROKE people.
Make sure your ad is honest, don't promise a lot of money, don't even write phrases such as "make 500$ a week or a month" - because after first month they will earn only few bucks - you know, I know it... Be realistic in your ad - then you will get great workers, offer them support and good advice.
For example,
If you write ad like this:
Join my team and become successful online marketer in just few months - you'll get all support and training lessions for free. Make some changes in your life - and start earning online!
I think if someone joins under this ad - you'll get good PSA who is willing to work online for a long time - and learn at the same time.
So, change your ad - make it interesting and unique - AND VERY HONEST.
You'll see your results will be better.
