For team members, or affiliates that want to earn more quickly, you may show them the PPA (Paid Per Action) program.
You may also show them the ECA program or encourage them to advertise other's items through ECA and TripleClicks.
This will help them to make more money at a quicker rate.
Also, encourage them as they are earning money to start investing a little bit of their income back into the business, so they will have two ways to earn, long-term income as well as short-term income. With SFI it is possible to earn quickly (Short-Term-Income) as well as at a slower rate (Long-term-income).
Also, encourage them to read LaunchPad, where they can follow the lesson plans and earn while they earn, too.
Make sure they know if they are not ready to invest financially, until they start to make a profit...they are encouraged to invest time, and promote SFI through free ads, flyers, and other ways.
Also, introduce them to the Daily Grand Contest, the T-Time Contest, and other ways to earn cash and prizes, daily...appearently, they are in a hurry to make money...so, help them achieve their goals...it is possible to earn short-term income quickly, and at the same time, they can be learning about the long-term income opportunities, as well.
Also, be sure to mention the Better Business Bureau Ratings SFI has earned by not being a scheme...not every business can earn this, inform them SFI is not a scam, or a fly-by-night company. It is a real business. It has its rewards, and members should be proud to be part of a reputable company.
Those that like to make money at a quicker rate could be viewed as ambitious, and fast-starters, too.
Once you help them achieve their goals, they will help teach others all the skills they have learned through LaunchPad, and encouragement.
Just be sure to teach them both ways to earn short-term income, and long-term income. As long as they are making short-term income the same time, they will also learn how important it is to be patient, as they will see how dependable both streams of income could be, see the Better Business Bureau Rating, see how long SFI has been around, and eventually begin to trust SFI, and learn it is a real business, and start to be successful in achieving their goals.
