Click on the My Account link, then click on the upline link. Here you will find all your upline. Find one who will answer your questions. Someone will be more than willing to help since they are receiving commissions on your Triple Clicks purchases and sales you make.
There are many other SFI sources available to obtain the information / help you require eg the Forum, a2a friends, Launchpad, SFI basics and the Training option on your home page.
Don't let your inactive sponsor discourage you. With training, perseverance and hard work you will succeed for sure and can even earn more than inactive members in your upline team.
