When I started in SFI my Sponsor never contacted me. I heard NOTHING from her for about 3 months and still hear very little from her. I did go to my Co-Sponsor and got some help from him, however I guess he lost his Ea status, because I ended up with a new Co-Sponsor.
What I did do is READ. Everything I could find in SFI. The forums, Ask SC, SFI news, anything I could find. I did start to figure things out on my own and now I seam to be doing pretty good. My commissions are paying for my standing order every month and I now have almost 1000 affiliates under me.
I try to answer ALL their questions as soon as I get them so they don't have to go through what I did.
So, to answer your question,"What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?" the same thing you should do anyway. READ and LEARN. This is "YOUR" business. You make it work.
