What you can do when a sponsor is non-responsive is;
1. Try your co-sponsor for help
2. Get to forum questions to see if has been asked before.
3. If questions have not been asked submit a ticket.. A
4. Do NOT stop working on your to do list and Launchpad lessons.
5. Ask your a2a friends too, I did.
See my sponsor quit doing his SFI business in February and the co sponsor I had at the time was no help either, good thing happened I had another co-sponsor and he is great, he gives me ideas, anyway I had to look in forum and submit a lot of tickets, I am very happy they were very patient with me during the first few months.
DO NOT Quit Stick with it and you too will get the help you need. We are all here to help.
